At Yiion, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality IT services including web development, web design, software development, and digital solutions. We aim for full transparency so customers clearly understand our refund and cancellation terms.

1. General Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service Cancellation:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Verbal or phone cancellations are not accepted.
  • Cancellations are reviewed based on project progress and service type.

1.2 Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

1.3 Non-Refundable Services: Work already completed, time spent, planning, design drafts, development modules, and consultation fees are non-refundable.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1 Project-Based Services (Web Development, Web Design, Software Development):

  • If cancellation is requested before project work begins: Up to 80% of the advance amount may be refunded.
  • If up to 25% of the project is completed: Up to 50% refund.
  • If 26%–50% of work is completed: Up to 25% refund.
  • If more than 50% of the project is completed: No refund.

2.2 Subscription / Monthly Services (SEO, AMC, Maintenance, Hosting):

  • Monthly, quarterly, or yearly service fees are non-refundable once the service period starts.
  • SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable due to their nature.

2.3 Custom/Tailored Solutions:

  • Payments made for custom features, integrations, or software modules are non-refundable.

3. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

3.1 Yiion is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, lockdowns, war, or government restrictions.

3.2 In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or alternative options, but refunds may not be possible.

4. Amendment Policy

4.1 Amendments by Customer:

  • Any change in project scope, design, technology, or features will incur additional charges.
  • All amendment requests must be submitted in writing.

4.2 Amendments by Yiion:

  • If changes are required due to technical or operational reasons, Yiion will inform the customer and provide suitable alternatives.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

5.1 No-Show / No Response:

  • If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 21 days, the project will be marked as cancelled with no refund.

5.2 Client Delay:

  • No refund will be issued if the client delays the project beyond 30 days.

6. Refund Exclusions

6.1 Third-Party Costs:

  • No refunds for domain purchase, hosting, licensing, plugins, APIs, or third-party fees.

6.2 Partially Used Services:

  • No refund for partially used or delivered services.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Accuracy of Information:

  • Clients must provide accurate data, content, and requirements during the project. Errors or missing information may cause delays or additional charges.

7.2 Cooperation:

  • Clients must respond on time, approve designs, and provide required materials for smooth workflow.
